Three people have been arrested in a series of police raids following a shooting in a McDonald’s car park in Hull.
A number of houses in the West Hull area were searched after a gun was fired at a car outside the fast food restaurant at the city’s St Andrew’s Quay on Saturday.
Two people inside the blue Volkswagen Golf were unhurt but the windows of the vehicle were blown out.
Two men, who were arrested at the scene at the time, have now been released.
Following the searches of the properties, a further three people were arrested for unrelated matters.
In a statement the Humberside force said: “Officers continue to piece together the evidence surrounding the firearms incident.”
